Indications:

- Burst fracture
- Tumor
- Degenerative Disc Disease
- Failed posterior surgery and/or Psuedathrosis
- Scoliosis


Contraindications:

- Osteoporosis
- Uncontrolled vertebral body infection
- Adjacent level metastatic tumor
