PINE II Anterior Thoracolumbar System is designed to address c hallenges in anterior thoracolumbar s pine stabilization after vertebral body decompression. The system consists of anatomically s haped s taples, top tightening crosslink and PINE II fixed axial pedicle screws and rods. The system permits anterior load sharing, and distraction and compression for placement and reduction of strut bone graft through a mini open approach.

PINE II Anterior Thoracolumbar System is an anterior fixation system used for T8-L5:

Indications:

- Burst fracture
- Tumor
- Degenerative Disc Disease
- Failed posterior surgery and/or Psuedathrosis
- Scoliosis

Contraindications:

- Osteoporosis
- Uncontrolled vertebral body infection
- Adjacent level metastatic tumor
